Tobacco Cessation

Tobacco hurts and kills our community members. It blackens and harms their lungs. It causes or compounds lung cancer, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and many other harmful, painful conditions. It makes our children cough and choke and sparks asthma attacks.

We banned tobacco from our buildings many years ago, and extended that ban in 2012 to encompass both inside and outside. Tobacco products are no longer allowed on any of our 60 locations in Kings, Fresno, Tulare and Kern counties.
